Quickie Yeast Rolls

Quickie Yeast Rolls

4 cups self rising flour
1 package of yeast
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup oil
2 cups warm water

Mix flour, yeast, and sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake 15-20 minutes at 400-425 degrees. Batter will keep in the refrigerator for one week.
