CRUNCHY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
~
½ cup butter, softened
½ cup margarine, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon milk
½ teaspoon salt
3-½ cups flour
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup rice crispies
1 12 oz. bag chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts

Cream the first 4 ingredients together. Combine the remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350* for 7 to 10 minutes to desired crispness.
