Sweet Potato Casserole

Sweet Potato Casserole

3 cups sweet potaotes
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup milk
Topping
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar

Boil and mash potatoes, and mix together ingredients. Put in a 9x13 inch baking pan. Make topping next. Topping: Melt butter and mix in other ingredients. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture, and bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Note: I have also use 2 cups canned yams.
