Peanut Butter Fudge

Peanut Butter Fudge

2 cups sugar
1 cup milk
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 tbs butter
pinch of salt

Cook sugar, salt, and milk to softball stage. Remove from heat, add butter, vanilla, and peanut butter. Beat until mixture starts to thicken. Pour into buttered plate. Slice and serve.
*This is my dh's favorite fudge!
